All QuickStart Guides orders have a handling time of one business day. Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Here's how to check your order status:
Check your email
Look for your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails. Please be sure to check spam/promotions folder if you don't see them. The shipping confirmation includes your tracking number and a direct tracking link. You'll also receive tracking updates as your order makes its way to you and an email when your order is delivered.
Log into your account
If you created an account at checkout or you have an existing Shop or Shopify account, sign in and head to your Order History to view the status of all your orders, including tracking info once available.
Looking for digital products?
Physical books and digital access for eBooks, audiobooks, and courses are handled separately.
Digital access is typically available immediately or within minutes of purchase directly to the email address provided at checkout. Please be sure to check your spam/promotions folder if you're not seeing your access messages right away.
