Returns and Refunds For Products
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please indicate if you are attempting to return a product from outside the United States as the return process may be different for your region.
If you are unable to print out your return label or otherwise require a physical label to be sent to you, a pre-printed label can be sent to you at a cost of $1.00 which will be deducted from your final refund.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of a QuickStart Guide, reach out to our support team at any time within 30 days of receipt of your order and we will initiate the refund process.
Please indicate the 30-day money back guarantee in your initial message.
Please note that this guarantee only applies to QuickStart Guides and does not apply to non-book merchandise, course material, subscriptions, gift cards, or any other non-book products or services.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
In the event that you change your mind about a purchase and would like to exchange it for another product from the QuickStart Guides store reach out to our customer success team at support@quickstartguides.com to initiate a return for the item you would like to exchange.
Be sure to indicate to our support team that you are exchanging for another item and once your return is processed we will ship your desired product. Please note, in the event that the item you are exchanging for is priced higher than your exchange we will bill you for the difference in value. For items that are a lower price, a refund for the difference will be issued to the original payment method used if applicable.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging if applicable. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and your funds have not arrived, please contact us at support@quickstartguides.com.
Subscription Cancellation and Refunds
All subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis unless otherwise stated in a 30-day billing cycle once any trial periods have ended if applicable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time directly from your QuickStart Guides account or by contacting our Customer Success Team at support@quickstartguides.com.
Cancelled subscriptions are terminated immediately. Once a subscription is terminated, no further charges will be issued unless you choose to resume your subscription.
Cancellation requests submitted within fourteen (14) days after the most recent billing date will be eligible for a full refund for the most recent payment only.
If a cancellation request is submitted after fourteen (14) days from the most recent billing date, the subscription will be immediately terminated, and no further charges will be issued. However, the most recent payment will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe following confirmation of eligibility and only if requested.
Refunds will never be issued for charges from past billing cycles.
