Shipping policy

All orders have a 1 business day handling period.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For orders over $45 shipping to the US: Shipping is free and processed via USPS.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges via our partnered carriers for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout 

We do not offer local delivery or in-store pickup

International Shipping

We offer international shipping, however not all titles are available in all regions. You may be informed at time of checkout if a title is not available in your region. In the event that we mistakenly collect payment for an order that includes a title not available in your region we will refund you the full value of any books we cannot fulfill.

Shipping options from our partnered carriers along with applicable shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ClydeBank Media LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

Order information will always be available from the order status page associated with your order and linked in any messages we send. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@quickstartguides.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, a full refund will be provided to the payment method on file. We will provide a prepaid return label for all returns at no cost to you.

If you are unable to print out your return label or require a physical label mailed to you, we can provide a physical label at a cost of $1.00 which will be deducted from your refund.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@quickstartguides.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
